The Risk Analyzer Grid View comes with a default set of columns where you can view the risks assigned to the tickets. The grid view can also be customized to suit your project needs by adding columns that are of importance to you .
You can add columns by clicking on the Columns dropdown and select the columns that you want to be added to the grid view.
Types of custom fields that we currently support
We currently support the following custom fields in the grid view:
- Number Fields
- Date Picker
- Labels
- Short Text
- URL field
Delete columns from the grid view and Reset Column Selection
Columns can be deleted from the grid view by simply dragging the columns out of the grid.There is also an option where you can reset the grid back to its default columns by going to Settings->Advanced->Reset Column Selection
